It happened about two years ago, it was the end of 2008 Enel
when energy starts to cheat unsuspecting customers by pretending to Enel
or entering into contracts or fake
never read nor signed by the clients.
On my blog I signaled the case because I found out in person
( light and gas companies flurry of fines - The Twenty-First Century )
but the thing that is left incredulous that still
Enel Energia does not intend to reimburse customers cheated. The announcement is
Defense of the Citizen Movement (MDC):
" Despite complaints the company has refused and refuses
date of transfer the amounts requested and performed
11 contracts whose signatures have been reported as false
from interested parties.
among them was the signing of a user who died years before the contract .
